Take a pause in the bickering over nature's wrath
Today is the 11th of September, four years ago, our country was attacked by terrorists. Lest we forget this day:Remember 9/11 is a thought-provoking clip that honors that day. Go see it for yourself, and remember.

Let's just hope they catch Bin Laden and put this terrorist on trial. I don't understand people who can only strike back by purposefully killing innocents.
Catch him and put him on trial. I don't think that's quite what will happen.
lets watch the carnage and the day that saved george w. bush's presidency.

Thank God for 9/11
I'm going to keep you on my comment page anonymous because I want others to see what a coward you are. An ignorant coward at that. You don't even have the balls to put a name to your trash. You are a TWAT of the first order.

hows that?
Well, that's somewhat better, steve, however you still covered your ass by not leaving a paper trail so to speak. Perhaps you are too afraid to come clean?
That's what they are doing with Saddam. Don't you think Bin Laden should be put on trial Alice? What do you think should happen?
I never said that he shouldn't be put on trial, I just don't think he will . And why? I don't think he will allow himself to be taken alive.
gaffauk, or whatever your name is.
Glad you are so concerned with the deaths of innocents.
I'm sure you were appalled at the mass graves in Iraq where thousands of infants and small children lay among the dead. Executed by a gunshot to the back of the head.
Saddam Hussein killed more people, day in, day out for DECADES than ever died in the Iraq war due to American military action. Even the car bombings currently targeting civilans in Iraq are killing innocents at a FRACTION of that rate.
I'm glad you profess to care so much about the innocent loss of life. I just wish you were more consistent and had some perspective.
Hey Mike - people in China are dying due to it's poor record in human rights. Shall we invade China?
And they have WMDs & invaded Tibet!!
Who's not consistent?
I don't suppose the US and UK didn't mind Saddam killing his people during the early 80s when we sold him weapons to make it easier to cause genocide.
That was the 80's, this is now. Different times, different reasons.
hahaha. or how about our support of afghanistan against the soviet union even though we knew they were abusive?
that was then though, right?
Hi Alice - I think different times, diferent reasons says it all. The western powers can change the rules anytime it likes - and then wonders why so many people don't trust these reasons when it's gets all moral and high and mighty.
We didn't go into Iraq because we didn't like what Saddam was doing to his people. Period.
And now we are in the 21st century and China continues to have an appalling human rights record, WMDs and still occupies Tibet - what is the different reasons here?
Or is it different country, different whitewash?
Skye - I agree with the campaign in Afghanistan because the reason was the Taliban had allowed AL Queda to set up training camps. This is linked directly to 9/11
However the reason we were given for Iraq was WMDs. This was based on speculation from one or two dubious sources. Blair even released intelligence which turned out to be based on a Californian student's essay which was over a decade old. No WMDs have been found. We were misled.
Neither war was launched because of the welfare of the people in those countries. Otherwise how come US and UK are not in the Sudan where there was horrendous genocide.
As for the order Skye. Do you wish the US to launch a war on China - yes or no?
