The excitement is killing me



WooHoo!! After eight and one-half hours of watching cricket today, I am so excited....

golf!

Damn, what a lucky girl am I. Hmmm, don't think so.

Be careful, in civilised parts of the country being forced to watch golf results in compulsory divorce, and quite rightly too.
Golf is a game for those societies (USA, Scotland, Germany etc) where the populace is too dim to understand the laws of cricket.
Switch the picture off and listen to Peter Alliss's commentary.

Hang in there. It'll be over soon. Meanwhile, the football season has started. That's 'soccer' to you. Though why America has 'soccer mums' is a subtletly that's so far eluded me...

Oh, Mark, I am fully aware of NOT saying soccer. It can be footie, or football, but never, ever soccer. And I don't mind watching it on tv, prefer going to live games tho. I kinda of like rugby also.

Yeah, Monicar, I like rugby players, football (soccer) players tend to be pretty boys and have the dispostions to go along with that. But rugby players remind me of hockey players...bring it on!

And Fred: What can I say...figures?
